Welsh soccer player Ramsey has increased the bounty for details concerning his vanished dog Halo to $$20k.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, revealed that the beagle was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato region.
